BMW i8 - The connected vehicle belongs to the model series "i112", treatment is not possible

If you see the following message while working on BMW i8 or i3, here is the fix:

Download the new ISTAP loader with iSeries support, see below:

Delete the ISTAP widget you already have on your desktop right now and replace it with this new one from the download link.

 

Click on the EV widget when you are working on that i8.

 


This should support the iSeries BMWs.
