OBD HAWK  Service Level Agreement (SLA)  - terms and conditions:

 -Response time to any inquiries will be 1-2 business days, we usually respond within the same business day.

-OBD HAWK does not guarantee any kind of fix due to several factors like not following the correct procedures or using bad modules.

 -Each order comes with 6 months no hassle warranty and technical support from the date of the damage confirmation by the support team, however, the support does not cover any car fixing questions, like : can I reset this error ? or can I code this function? This is not cover by our support.

-Any physical damage will void the hardware fix and replacement warranty.


With that being said, we always step the extra mile to help our valued customers ‘when possible’ and ‘if possible’.


 -OBD HAWK reserve the right to change any of its software and hardware features and functionality at any time with no previous notice, this will ensure the reliability of the solution and to serve you best.


-Any ‘custom’ coding is not supported, custom coding means changing vehicle factory settings which may void the vehicle warranty and safety.

 

-Our technical support covers any software setup and running issues beside any issues related to the connection between the software and your BMWs, anything after that will be your task.

 

-Our software is the BMW Group compatible software, whatever they can do at the dealership, you should be able to do as well when following the correct procedures.
