Fault when initializing a software component: No Service Package (CoAPI) - Directory could not be opened

Error Codes: 94202 & 3051

CoAPI

This could happen when attempting to code a task on BMW.
We need to empty (not delete) the FSW_PSW.MAN trace manipulation file when changing chassis in NCS Expert. Forgetting this may lead to this error.

Double check to make sure that Windows firewall is OFF and there is no active Anti-Virus client, any of these two may block the access to the software directories.

Otherwise, reinstall the ISTAP.
