Error:The Programming system could not be initialized. The ISTA installation may be damaged or incorrectly configured.
Suggested fix:
Download and 'Run as administrator' the following fix patch:

Make sure the folder structure under 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Rheingold\PSdZ' looks like below:
If you noticed a duplicated PSdZ folder under the main PSdZ folder , then probably you are missing two folders: data & data_swi.
The missing two folders: 'data' & 'data_swi' will be located under the duplicated PSdZ folder
Cut and paste the two folders to the main root PSdZ folder.
Delete the empty duplicated PSdZ folder AFTER you move the two folders mentioned above.
Restart ISTAD and programming should be working now.
